Crosby Han (韩尚前) is the Quality Supervisor at RSP Technology in China. He joined the RSP team about a year ago, where he is primarily responsible for quality control of processes and finished products.
Crosby brings 12 years of quality management experience to his role, having worked extensively in the electronics industry prior to joining RSP. His previous clients included renowned global brands such as Pioneer, Panasonic, Harman, and AKG.
"I feel a great sense of achievement when I oversee a project that has smooth development, production ramp-up, and ultimately ships to our clients," says Crosby.
Outside of work, Crosby enjoys outdoor sports such as badminton, table tennis, and mountain climbing. He is also an avid cook, known for his excellent Chinese dishes.
