LeiYu (Eric) is the factory manager at RSP in Shenzhen. He started in 2018 and has steadily grown in knowledge and responsibilities.
“The working atmosphere is very active, the colleagues are very friendly, the company's rules and regulations are very ethical, and the working environment is also very good,” Eric replied when asked why he likes working for RSP. “Everyone is a colleague, working and living in a big family, helping each other...and helping each other makes the whole team more cohesive, and the company can develop better.”
Eric attended university before beginning his career, where he gained a wide range of experience at a variety of companies including industrial, digital, and electronic manufacturers.
His hobbies outside of work include billiards, badminton, table tennis, and other ball sports.
His favorite book is “Human Weakness” by Ka Nai Ji.
