Linda Liao (廖加靖), a sales manager in RSP’s China office, joined the company in 2011. Linda studied sales and marketing at Xi’an Pei Hua University before embarking on a career in manufacturing as an overseas sales manager at the DongGuan HuaHongChuang Membrane Switch Manufacturing Co.
Linda’s years of experience in the manufacturing industry enable her to help RSP’s clients with projects involving membrane switches, silicone keypads, plastic injection products, and turn-key solutions. Linda enjoys helping RSP’s customers make their ideas a reality, a relationship she sees as “a win-win collaboration.” “I appreciate all the opportunities to work with our excellent clients,” she says.
When Linda began working with RSP, the office had fewer than 30 employees, and in the years since, has grown to more than 200. She credits RSP’s outstanding work environment with its growth and success. “RSP is like a family,” she says. The RSP family members, Linda notes, “care about each other and provide mutual support. Opportunity and challenge coexist here, which makes RSP very attractive.”
In her free time, Linda likes to spend time outside, camping, hiking and climbing China’s beautiful mountains with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys film, photography and cooking, and is a talented table tennis player.
