Mike, an innate entrepreneur, leads RSP and owns multiple thriving businesses, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and ability to manage diverse entrepreneurial ventures. While primarily based in Brookfield, WI, he frequently travels to our facilities in China.

Mike's career began with consulting at Arthur Andersen in Chicago, where he devoted three years of his professional life. However, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his first business, Petlivery, focusing on home delivery of high-end dog and cat food in Chicago. Although successful, Mike's move to Milwaukee prompted him to leave Petlivery behind.
In 2005, Mike joined forces with his brother Paul Ryan at RSP, marking a significant turning point as they took over the family business. Together, they have worked tirelessly to expand the company from fewer than 10 employees to a workforce of approximately 200 spread across the globe. With nearly 20 years of experience, Mike is a recognized expert in contract manufacturing and is frequently sought after for consultations on new projects and innovative design facilitation.
During his extensive time in China, Mike has gradually picked up some Mandarin, showcasing his commitment to understanding the local culture and nurturing strong business relationships. Currently, Mike resides in Wauwatosa, WI, with his wife and son.
