Zoey, a sales assistant, has been with RSP since 2016. After graduating from Hunan University of Arts and Science, she joined the RSP China office, where she works on Team C, quoting a wide variety of products and services.
Her success in the customer service aspect of her job stems from her philosophy of seeing the relationship from both perspectives. “Always put yourself in others’ shoes so you will have a different view, and you will get your correct answer,” she says.
Her years of experience with the company have honed her belief that careful attention to detail and good communication are essential to smooth work.
In her spare time, Zoey enjoys traveling, photography and hiking. She has traveled widely in China and has taken many beautiful photos. In the near future, she would like to travel abroad to learn more about international culture.
